LocalShareHouse offers luxury, newly built or newly renovated properties, tastefully furnished, where each resident has his/her own private bedroom and bathroom. Residents “share” a beautifully appointed kitchen, living room, dining room, exercise room and laundry, and receive basic housekeeping services. Exterior amenities, such as a barbecue, deck, and/or vegetable garden, are available for all residents to enjoy. 

LocalShareHouse is designed as an alternative housing solution ideal for young professionals starting new positions in the area. Because the rooms are furnished, all that is required is your linens. This new way of living provides high quality housing at reasonable rates, with a sense of community. For this reason, all residents subscribe to a “share agreement” to assure that harmony is maintained in the house.
