The first step to start investing the LocalHouseShare way is to answer a few questions regarding your accreditation as an investor. Once registered, you will get direct access to quality investments with an attractive risk-reward.

• Investor has a net worth (alone or with a spouse) exceeding $1 million (excluding the value of the investor’s primary residence)

• Investor had income exceeding $200,000 individually/$300,000 jointly with spouse in each of the past 2 years and reasonably expects to reach the same income this year

• I am none of the above 

Corporation or LLC

• Corporate investor has total assets of more than $5 million

• All of corporate investor’s equity owners are accredited investors

• I am none of the above
